
1 package yeast
¼ cup warm, not hot, water
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 ¼ cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk (scalded & cooled to lukewarm)
1 tsp cinnamon

In small bowl dissolve yeast in water.

In large bowl combine flour, salt, 1/4 cup sugar, cut-up butter sticks.

Combine and add milk, yeast and eggs.

Refrigerate dough over-night.

Divide dough in half and roll out half of door to large rectangle.

Spread with sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Roll up and slice into 15 equal parts.

Lay sliced side up on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

Smash flat and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

Follow same directions for other half dough.

Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes and drizzle with frosting. (use Crisco Icing recipe)
