Deluxe Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Bars

Yields1 Serving

 ¾ cup butter
 1.50 cups sugar
 3 eggs
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 ⅓ cups flour
 ½ tsp baking powder
 3 tsp baking cocoa
 ½ tsp salt
 4 cups miniature marshmallows
 1 ⅓ cups chocolate chips (for topping)
 3 tbsp butter (for topping)
 1 cup peanut butter (for topping)
 2 cups rice krispie cereal (for topping)

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy.

Combine flour, baking powder, salt & coca and add to creamed mixture.

Spread in greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.

Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over cake and return to over for 2 to 3 minutes.

Using knife dipped in water spread the melted marshmallows evenly over the cake and let cool.

For topping, combine chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter in a small saucepan.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and well blended.

Remove from heat, stir in cereal, and spread over bars, allowing to set. (chill if need to set quickly)
