
3 cups Rice
½ cup Milk
1 ¾ cups Sugar
1 dash Cinnamon

Rinse rice completely to remove gluten.

Cook rice according to recipe on rice.

Add milk and sugar and stir.

Keep on stove to keep warm and add milk as it cooks off and gets too stiff.

Salt to taste. Serve with butter and cinnamon.
